3. We were booked into room 515 which is an ADA room with 2 queen beds and tub/shower combo.

4. There were cobwebs at the top of the walls near the ceiling and a thick layer of dust and debris on the entry light, the enclosed bathroom light and in the A/C vents The non-slip area of the tub was grey instead of white and some of the towels we were given were stained.

5. What my husband forgot to show the manager was the nasty grout in the tub/shower area, the gaping hole in the tub, and the nasty frig that looked as if someone had spilled something on top of it.

6. Obviously, the maid had just thrown the covers back over the previously slept in bed, there were finger prints all over the mirrors, dust hanging from things, and the tub had mildew all in it.
