I don't like that they don't tell you until you arrive that in addition to charging the entire stay to your debit card (I expected that, that part wasn't a problem), they also immediately charge you an extra fifty per day of your stay for "incidentals" that so far has not been re-credited to my account.

2. The staff were unbelievably friendly, I liked the 'guided tour' when I checked in, and I checked out at 3pm a day early and they didn't charge me for the final night.

3. The hotel does charge $26 a day for parking BUT your car is safe because it's in a parking garage.

4. That said, they did accommodate us on our multiple changes to our room reservation and worked with us on our complicated room charge splitting so that we could get business receipts that were reimbursable.

6. I had a room reserved at another hotel but my bank changed my debit card since I had reserved the room a few months back so when that hotel went to charge my card, it wasnt able to and my reservation was cancelled and upon calling them back they had no availablity.
