5. Overall the front desk staff was great, the free breakfast was wonderful, but the facilities are completely run down (an old Holiday Inn), and the door person Darell who seemed completely motivated by tip- made the experience quite unforgettably distasteful.

7. The part that they are being untruthful about is I did indeed check out of that hotel, turned in my room keys, had detailed conversations with the front desk employee, and did not, in fact, stay at that hotel even 1 night.

8. I called to get the phone number to do a swamp tour and the front desk offered to set it up for me and delivered the confirmation to my room so that was nice (do the Cajun Encounters one if you go - it was $49 which included hotel pickup and drop off - totally awesome).

10. We did have to ask for Kleenex and did request lotion 3 times until it was explained you had to get lotion from the front desk.
