1. Negative: hot water in shower took 15 minutes to become hot, not a very comfortable space (but a comfortable bed), construction work noise, plumbing issues, staff were not very refined (but you can tell they are trained to provide customer service but set in.

9. the bathrooms have been redone and I have been told that they are going to refinish the tiling in each of the bathrooms - which will be very nice as the bath shower area is a fibreglass insert.
