I had provided a credit card on checkin, and advised them that we would be paying cash on departure as 3 of us were sharing the cost on the room, they assured me they would just get an authorization only, and we could settle up on they way out, Anyhow, they ended up charging the card $ 560, way more than the cost of our 2 nights for the room, then when i checked out and paid cash, they assured me that the release of the charge on the card would be removed shortly.
