4. Water went from very hot to very cold a few times but my main concern was that we felt safe, location was good, even the hotel restaurant - Tug's Bar and Grill - provided a great meal.

9. I'd suggest going to another location for a bar if what you're looking for is liveliness, as this one was not so (!), but other than that, I have nothing but positives to write.
