We had booked for 2 nights after spending a week in NYC and found the check in quick and efficient, we were assigned to our room on the 28th floor, great view, it was a double suite, beds were fine, clean and comfortable, however the room was dated, carpets appeared old and dirty, the bathroom was fine, it did have a kitchen which was handy.
