4. Unless you'll be taking your car in and out a lot (it's a downtown neighborhood, so you probably don't have to) I would recommend it over the valet service.

Good things first:-location close to Inner Harbor-pretty clean-valet staff super nice-incredible, new fitness area (I am picky about this)Bad things:'-front desk staff totally indifferent-rooms run down-nonsmoking hotel smells like smoke in our room-wireless didn't work in room-you can't call down ahead for your car-layout of room very strange, hard to see tv from bedI got a good deal on Hotwire but won't ever go back.
