1. We had a room on the 21st floor, and we found it to be quiet, comfortable (each bed had 9 pillows!), and very clean.

2. We were so impressed, and delighted~ The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and all new linens, plenty of pillows, too~ Our doorman Sean mentioned that the hotel has recently been undergoing renovations, and the bathrooms are next to be redone.
