1. The shower faucet handles were not secured to the shower wall leaving large gaps where anything could crawl through, and later that night a large bug did appear in the bathroom.

8. Up on the 11th floor it could sometimes take a little while for the shower to run hot but it was just a case of turning it on a couple of minutes before you wanted to get in once we realized this.
