1. We stayed on the 10th floor (room 1002) and had no problems with hot water or shower.

2. - The walk-in design of the shower meant that, if you didn't carefully place the curtain fully on the correct side of the plastic, the bathroom was flooded- The breakfast room is sheer chaos.
