5. with this one caveat (which I've not found to be the policy at any other hotel I ever stay at), I do recommend the Milburn for the spaciousness of its rooms, the good views from many of them, the convenience of the kitchenettes, the staff, and its very walkable location (the Park, the River, restaurants, the 72nd St.

6. We liked having a kitchenette with a sitting area and we also had a private balcony with a nice view.
