10. traveling as a family of 4 my wife went to main desk asked for towels they said someone would bring some to room,she later checked by pool no towels called front desk was told they be up soon,my son and I came back from a run, showered and had to use t-shirts in place of towels, went out for supper 2 towels finally arrived 6 hours after asking for them,2 towels for 4 people.
