It includes: a heated pool and hot tub (nice to warm up in after playing in the ocean), a complimentary breakfast (you can eat in, on the patio or take it up to your room), has a laundry room (only 2 washers and two dryers with no folding table or area), has lots of under ground parking (for $10 per day), rooms that are spacious but a little dated, the bathrooms are a good size with both a bath tub and shower (a dry line is in the bath area to hang wet towels or swimsuits), but they're a little tired looking too, the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly.
