The positives:-Super helpful front desk staff, particularly Sachin and Patrick-Location - right on the beach and boardwalk-Rooms had fridge, microwave and safe-Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels available at no extra cost-Great value - free internet, continental breakfast and $10 secured parking-Good sized room-Close to Ralph's grocery storeOverall view:This is an older property on the beach.

5. We told them we would give up the partial view, the balcony or any other upgrades and were still advised changing rooms would cost us at least $40 more per night.
