1. We were on the ground floor in a room that walked out to the pool and hot tub, which was perfect for us.

2. The pool was too cool for us (hey, we are from a very warm climate!) but the spa (hot tub) was just brilliant - very clean, fresh towels immediately available and a clean surround with good pool chairs.
