2. The staff is so helpful and professional at the front desk, Todd, the hotel engineer runs a tight ship - you should see how clean the pool is everyday - and the housekeeping staff knows how to take care of you and your room - nothing ever is missed by the staff.

4. I asked to speak to the housekeeper who cleaned our room after we checked out as well as the housekeeping manager.

5. I urge anyone who goes here to not leave any valuables in their room for any period of time because apparently their housekeeping staff has sticky fingers and the management turns the other cheek.

Because of this experience, the apparent dishonesty of more than one employee and the numerous BOLD RED signs warning of a $250 smoking fine, I half expected some bogus additional charges at departure and asked the Housekeeping Manager, Chris, to inspect the room prior to checkout even though I am a confirmed non-smoker.
