1. Daily maid service was not the best - toiletries were never replenished and they simply made the bed and replaced towels (no cleaning).

2. Thinking that maybe someone maybe forgot to clean the sink (which was really not acceptable) we called and asked if someone could bring up clean soap and towels and to have the sink cleaned.

5. I suppose it's part of the save the Earth effort (that one sees on in-room table-tents strongly suggesting that you are a bad environmental steward if you request fresh linens and towels on a daily basis).

7. Several minor maintenance issues (bathroom) should not have existed -- towel rack and toilet paper holder both fell off, shelf over toilet crooked and loose, afraid to use it in case it decided to fall down too.
