1. The valet parking staff was very professional and helpful and the bell service for our luggage both delivery and pick up when we left was very prompt.

6. The people at the desk were amazingly helpful with all our questions about where to eat, etc. The only downside to this hotel is the valet parking - the front of the hotel is right on a busy street and there is never anywhere to pull your car over for the valet.

7. On the negative side was the valet parking ($30/night an really slow) I talked to the manager twice about it and when left they gave us a partial credit and even gave us access to the 11th floor lounge where they have some snacks at certain hours.
