1. When the receptionist discovered there were no more regular rooms with two beds, she gave us a free upgrade to a concierge floor room with two beds.

4. There is no concierge so we had to wait in line with people trying to check-in or out to ask for a map, etc. We waited about 5 minutes for service in the coffee kiosk one morning and gave up (no other customers).

5. I thought it interesting that the top floors of the hotel are now condominiums, and a condominium concierge is always available for the owners.

6. There is a concierge, but when I asked how late nearby stores would be open, she referred me to the reception desk which I thought was strange as this is a very simple question.
