1. I had signed up to receive a larger room, or better view upgrade but this wasn't mentioned during checkin.

6. Our room was awesome - King bed w/ Sleep Number mattress, 50 in Flat screen TV, couch, chair & ottoman, desk, internet hook up, etc. And a great view of the street below.
