5. I do commend the Warwick on their handling of this situation, as the day after our stay I received an email from the manager of the hotel letting us know that they would be refunding $50.00 of our money for our problems with the noise.

6. Many staff members, from the maintenance person in the hall, the assistant restaurant manager, to the front desk, went out of their way to enquire about our stay and offered to assist us in any way they could.

7. On the negative side was the valet parking ($30/night an really slow) I talked to the manager twice about it and when left they gave us a partial credit and even gave us access to the 11th floor lounge where they have some snacks at certain hours.
