The furnishings were mostly new - the tv unit was a little worn - but overall it was in great, updated condition with expected and unexpected amenities: widescreen tv (with the bonus of free HBO and some HDtv channels), coffee maker, hair dryer, free plug-in internet, etc.Speaking of internet, I was without my laptop, so I went to use the business centre, which had two computers for guest use, a printer, fax, etc. When I went down shortly after arriving to check my email, one of the stations was in use, and the other seemed out of order.

4. I would stay again only if I was guarantee the club level since that is why I wanted to stay there since I usually stay at the Sofitel or the Four Season but the price was right esp w/the posted amenities.

5. We were supposed to have the plaza club level but I was told the amenities for the weekend are not available & the hours have changed which was not posted on the website when I booked.

6. Of course, this is not a guaranteed amenity, and we realized this despite making the request a week in advance, so when they told us to come back at 230pm, we were alright with it and were happy to leave our bags in the checking area.

7. Upon switching, we realized that we had, in fact, originally been given a less stately room, as the 2nd was nearly twice as large and had the amenities as advertised.
