4. The room was clean, we did have to request more towels a couple of times, but my daughter left a note for housekeeping one morning and from then on we had plenty of towels.

8. There was a nice whirlpool bath that opened up to the guest area, all of the plumbing fixtures worked properly (no leaks, no clogged drains), the towels were soft and absorbent, the mattress was very comfortable, and the ventilation system worked well.
