1. I booked very short notice and decided on the River Park Hotel & Suites despite the bad reviews, mainly because it was the cheapest option still available and in a good location.

2. So we complain enough to get upgraded to a suite that no one had used in such a long time that there it was stale smelling on an empty floor and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.
