3. All the guests in this fully booked hotel had to share the service elevator with housekeeping and the cleaning staff.

4. The air went out in the hotel for the remainder of the night, no shower curtains, walls look like a 2 year wrote on them, carpet torn and worn out and overall housekeeping goes home early.
