1. Housekeeping staff will make your bed and give you clean towels but that is it.

6. If you still want to stay at the River Park I recommend you take your own towels as those provided are ok if you're no more than a size 8.

7. Whether it was that ALL the ice machines were broken and no one was ever in the bar/restaurant to help, pop machines were sold out, the restaurant was closed due to something not working (our first night), breakfast in the morning was cold and had inadequate service,the bar was never open, not being able to get clean towels, mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, etc. The kicker was that one of us believed to have had bed bugs, because she would wake up every morning with more and more bites.

8. it is nasty dirty, actually your first sign of a problem is when they have you sign a letter at desk that you only get towels once a day.

9. guess it's cheaper that way?; only 1 elevator worked 3 days out of 4; no internet access in room; lousy lighting in room; bottom drawer fell apart when I opened it; don't walk on carpet with bare feet; obligatory safe fee of $2/day; no hand towels - bath towels and one face cloth; no printer at computer downstairs (altho desk staff printed off our boarding passes for us).
