1. Room assigned to me was very large, clean and, althought facing the street not noise at all.

3. In the restaurant area bagels and orange juice were on display and I said good morning to the lady pouring coffee 'how are you today?' (I can separate the bad service and still be nice to staff not involved) and she looked at me 'I'm fine'I think the street person outside had better etiquette than all of the staff inside the hotel.

4. They pointed us to the metromover(a free railway service located across the street) which brought us to Bayside(a beautiful place with restaurants and shops along the waterfront).

6. I found the room noisy because i was on the street side- the back is quieter and has a great view of the little river where boats pass.

8. If you are going to Miami DO NOT stay at this spot, walk up the street to the Hyatt!oh yeah, the continental breakfast consisted of bread and water.
