9. In the restaurant area bagels and orange juice were on display and I said good morning to the lady pouring coffee 'how are you today?' (I can separate the bad service and still be nice to staff not involved) and she looked at me 'I'm fine'I think the street person outside had better etiquette than all of the staff inside the hotel.

10. Horrible experience, old mattresses, duck taped dresser, difficulty getting clean linen from housekeepers, harassed from front desk staff if requesting clean linen, dirty pool, continual running toilet.
