1. Whether it was that ALL the ice machines were broken and no one was ever in the bar/restaurant to help, pop machines were sold out, the restaurant was closed due to something not working (our first night), breakfast in the morning was cold and had inadequate service,the bar was never open, not being able to get clean towels, mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, etc. The kicker was that one of us believed to have had bed bugs, because she would wake up every morning with more and more bites.
