1. We had an upgrade to a mini suite which was a very generous size room with a great view toward Knob Hill and the Bay.

2. In view that there were 5 of us, the front desk manager, Henry Wong was very kind to upgrade us to a more spacious junior suite on the 20th floor which could accomodate the 2 double beds and the rollaway bed comfortably.
