1. We upgraded to a Junior Suite to make our stay more comfortable, but didn't need to because we were never there.

4. As for our room, the suite was awesome (included a fridge filled with complimentary beer, soda, water, liquor, etc) and the balcony was fantastic.

5. I held a meeting at this hotel and since I was the one coordinating the event I was upgraded to a Jr suite, which was nice however they tried to not give me the HHonnors points that were promised and when they were finally given to me it was a much lesser amount than what should have been.

7. It was a nice suite (the size of two regular rooms) with a wet bar area, dining table, desk, sofa sleeper and a murphy bed.

8. The smoking rooms were booked, so I was upgraded to a suite with a balcony (huge!) to smoke on and was very pleased-no upcharge.
