1. It took repeated calls to front desk/housekeeping/the manager to correct *some* of these problems.

7. The only real negative was that on Saturday morning at 7:30 AM someone from housekeeping went up and down the hall knocking on each door and yelling ' housekeeping' - I heard him at at least 10 doors - needless to say it woke me up.
