2. We simply told them that we aren`t the kind of people to make decisions like this while we are on vacation and we were excused to the front desk where we were presented with a crisp new $100 bill and sent on our way back to the hotel.

3. The airport Avis generated the charge but it was billed at the Avis hotel kiosk as that's where my credit card was on file.

5. After a long call to the hotel with the front desk person seeming to say it was my fault that they had charged my card, they finally refunded the charges to my card and billed my friend's credit card, which they did have on file.

7. The Japanese Steak House is very good but 100.00 for 2 people is the average bill.
