1. Her manager notice and stepped in and managed to 'magically' find a king bed room that was available and checked us in which was great but he kept acting like he was doing us a big favor.

After some discussion the manager on duty take care and told us that the only upgrade she have for us is a suite on the third floor far away from the executive floor we booked for so we didn`t use the executive lounge because it was at the other end of the building, because we where tyred we took the room but because it was our third visit to this hotel we were very disappointed, the room we get was stinky, there was not a normal bed but a stroll away.

5. The manager of the hotel accepted no responsibility other than to say that it was hotel policy if the name didn`t match.

6. The Avis kiosk at the hotel says that I need to talk to the airport Avis and the airport Avis manager does not return my calls.

7. It was truly an accident but when the hotel FINALLY had someone come and look at it the next day, they sent the Security Manager who implied my husband was drunk and punched the wall.

8. I asked if there was a room available with the view, the manager was kind enough to give us a room with a view without any charge, when we went up to our room, we were shocked with how small the room was, the beddings was stink and the floor was dirty.
