7. I was given a free upgrade upon check-in, every member of the staff I had contact with enjoyed serving their guests, Hilton honors provides free stuff, and my get away was more than I expected.

9. If you are staying for business try and get the executive floor where you will get a paper and little more quiet up there with your own check in desk.
