1. Make a long story short one room was a single bed but it was not figured out until my wife and I unpacked in the room with the two beds couldn't help but laugh and just make the switch with my children.

8. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled strongly of mildew emanating from the air conditioner, which had numerous, dirty black pellets collecting in the vent.

9. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room (Sorry, sold out), so the maintenance guy came up to show me the trick- jerk UP on the door handle, not down, since that part of the mechanism was worn out.
