1. When we got there we noticed the hotel lobby and rooms had an aweful smell that was reminiscent of mold.

5. The maid came to our room at 5pm and yelled at us because we didn't put our dirty towels outside of the room for her to pick up, and that we wouldn't get clean ones until she received our dirty ones.
