1. The manager on duties went out of her way to get my husband soy-milk, as he is lactose intolerant and would not have been able to eat anything from the breakfast-bar without it.

10. Arrived lunchtime on Saturday, confusion with booking (not enough rooms, wrong type of rooms) and it took 6 hours to sort everything out - and the duty manager and team were sultry and un-helpful and wouldn't even offer the 20 teenagers water.
