9. long wait to check-in, long wait to get your car from valet service, concierge was often nowhere to be seen, tables left dirty in the restaurant, one day we were left w/no bath towels just 1 hand towel, old coffee left in the coffee pot in our room, request for wake-up call at 6:00 a.m. on the last day resulted in wake-up calls the prior evening at 6:38 p.m., 3:00 a.m. and finally at 5:48 a.m. Needless to say there was a communication gap as well.
