2. First I have to mention the Vendor Machines does not work in the hotel even though they gave back the money but still its not convenient.

3. I would recommend spending a little more money so that you can stay somewhere where the AC works, where you are not affraid of roaches, and where you can count on clean sheets (not at the Marco Polo).
