1. Despite being given an upgrade to an ocean view room upon arrival we can't help but feel a little short changed given the fact that we booked to stay here 12 nights for a relax by the pool holiday and its been anything but.

9. I hate my room so much I might just call it a loss because I booked and paid for it on price line and you cant cancel or change your reservations.
