The Raleigh Hotel is rethinking the check-in experience, making it more personalized and more fun, waking up in the room on the top floor is an experience to remember the MOST SPECTACULAR VIEW of the pool and the beach, the personal service we recibed from the Manager Roberto Hermosilla was unforgettable, if you thought the day was going well thus far, wait until you get to the oasis pool area and enjoy a relaxing vip ride, from there, you have an enviable decision to make: walk to the fabulous south beach OR just enjoy the unique luxury experiences in The Raleigh Hotel, 'SUITE' EXPERIENCES, Thank you very much, Judita Doliveira, Washington DC, LOVE IT :-).

2. The hotel doesn't have a business center, but the concierge was gracious enough to take care of our flight check-in and print my boarding pass.

3. The very pretty receptionist was friendly and helpful at check-in and the Concierge who's name I have forgotten was very hip and very friendly - I even saw her at the Pool with her labtop helping other guests - so cool.

4. We received a confirmation, but upon check-in were given (not informed) a City View room, with a bad view and uncomfortable configuration, since it was a handicapped accessible room.
