The Raleigh Hotel is rethinking the check-in experience, making it more personalized and more fun, waking up in the room on the top floor is an experience to remember the MOST SPECTACULAR VIEW of the pool and the beach, the personal service we recibed from the Manager Roberto Hermosilla was unforgettable, if you thought the day was going well thus far, wait until you get to the oasis pool area and enjoy a relaxing vip ride, from there, you have an enviable decision to make: walk to the fabulous south beach OR just enjoy the unique luxury experiences in The Raleigh Hotel, 'SUITE' EXPERIENCES, Thank you very much, Judita Doliveira, Washington DC, LOVE IT :-).

Pros- Room cleaned 2x a day (and a cute bottle of evian water left in your room every evening)- Comfortable bed/sheets, big mirrors, standard bathroom- Great closet with shelves- Breakfast/Lunch food is standard, yet amazing with the flair they add - Convenient: A short walk to Lincoln Road Mall and convention center- Quiet (wide setback from the main street)- They have Ipod/CD playing decks and DVD playerCons:- Dim lobby and elevator (i think you can live with that-it's part of the 50s feel)- Walls are thin.

7. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go except one night for dinner (we had dinner at Prime 112 which I also highly recommend).

8. We have received a letter of apology from the hotel director and, as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel have reached an agreement that all guests are allowed access to the third floor pool at the Granesvoort hotel (a 10 minute walk away).
