My honey booked us a 'Sunset View King' and when he inquired about getting a larger room her answer was (verbatim) 'for a price' - I'm sure there are nicer ways to word that, e.g. 'I'd be happy to upgrade you to an ocean view suite for an extra $XXX' Staff also seemed unknowledgeable about the surrounding areas and restaurants.

3. We had breakfast at the News Cafe on Ocean Drive and a great fish dinner at Talula which is only a five minute walk away.

5. You can walk to all locations, Ocean drive,Lincoln mall and espanola way,must mention Hussain & Pedro who looked after us at the restaurant and Sarah & Sasha at the poolside bar,and everybody else who were so nice and efficient who help make this a great hotel.

8. Despite being given an upgrade to an ocean view room upon arrival we can't help but feel a little short changed given the fact that we booked to stay here 12 nights for a relax by the pool holiday and its been anything but.
