1. On top of all of that, when I stupidly left my garment bag in the closet the hotel staff was able to quickly contact my wife (I give my cell phone, now), who had me turning around and picking it up before we left the Columbus Metro area.

4. Closet is next to the sink and you can only get into 1/2 of the closet -- the other half, blocked by the bathroom counter.

7. The only complaints I have about the room is the closet is tiny, the bathroom is very small, and the heat/ac unit is a bit loud.
