Check-in, with a real person - not their goofy kiosk thing - was a breeze, and my traveling partner and I were relaxing in our room for what turned out to be a very pleasant 3 night stay.

We had booked a suite with two beds, but were informed, upon

, that due to a 'glitch' in their booking system, we had been assigned a handicapped room, which had one bed and a pull out couch.

COLUMBUS/WORTHINGTO HYATT - We were told that we could
check in
early and as we went to our room the doors were open and the cleaning staff hadn't finished cleaning yet.
