1. The two employees at check out were VERY friendly and offered to help me in getting some other matters straightened out (I had made my reservation over the phone and somehow Hyatt had charged me for two different Hyatts and then billed me for both.

10. We stayed as a stopover and endured an aggressively rude young lady working the desk on check out - she refused to switch the charge from my card to my wife's until i demanded to see the manager, who was very cool - i'll just hit the one in Dublin next time.
