3. I think the rate via hotwire was very good (currently $68, or about $85 after tax and fees) but do expect when a hotel is marketed with a pool, that it has a pool in functioning order.

4. We got a great AAA weekend rate of $80, but I must say, were a little disappointed with the difference between this one and the one in OK City (which had also previously been a Springhill Suites).

5. overall the hotel isn`t that bad and we got a great rate, but it was disappointing compared to our other stay at Hyatt Place.

7. If I had asked for an upgrade from the room we had reserved, they rightfully and most assuredly would have demanded a higher rate.

9. However, my feeling was that since we were not getting what we bargained for (smaller room, no second bed) that the property ought to accommodate us with a lower rate.
