5. Any time you entered the lobby area staff was aways always greating you with a smile and willing to help answer questions or look up info if they didn`t have an answer.

8. Breakfast was fine but there wasn't enough seating to accommodate all guests on a busy morning so we ended up eating in the lobby receiving a blast of Ohio winter everytime someone walked past the front door.

10. The hotel is set-up a bit different than the normal lobby setting--place to get food 24 hours--areas to lounge to read or work on your laptop.
